My name is Elizabeth Payne, I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master, and my goal is to help people make their own positive life changes. I explore the core beliefs (usually in place before the age of six as a result of messages learned from our parents) which drive an individual’s emotions and behaviour. Sometimes these beliefs are outdated and instead of working for us, they create issues for us. By understanding what thoughts are driving someone’s behaviour and replacing them with thoughts that actually work for them, a transformation in the way someone thinks, feels and behaves can take place.

It is all about choice; you made the choice to think or believe certain things and you can also make the choice to change what you think or believe. I will work with you to explore your core beliefs and understand how these may be holding you back. I take an holistic and Spiritual approach using a blend of Hypnotherapy (including Regression and Parts Therapy), Coaching, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Reiki, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Mindfulness, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and BWRT (Brainworking Recursive Therapy), when working with clients, always being mindful of individual client needs.

Hypnotherapy for Weight Management at the Worcestershire Weight Management Clinic in Evesham
Most diets are ineffective in keeping weight off longer term. Hypnotherapy is much more effective, because it deals with the underlying issues affecting your eating habits, helps you to establish a healthier relationship with food and ends the cycle of dieting.
FEES – Sessions last up to 1½ hours and are £65 each.
The first session includes a FREE ½ hour consultation and lasts 2 hours, unless the FREE consultation has already taken place.
