Positive Changes Within is owned by Elizabeth Payne who is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Coaching Practitioner specialising in Positive Birthing, Weight Management through the Worcestershire Weight Management Clinic and Life Coaching. As a Reiki Practitioner, Elizabeth adopts an holistic and spiritual approach to healing and her experience in many different areas allows her to offer the right solution for all her clients.

Elizabeth runs a successful Hypnotherapy and Holistic Therapy practice in Evesham, Worcestershire which is central for Cheltenham, Worcester, Redditch, Stratford-on-Avon, Broadway, Moreton in Marsh and all surrounding villages. Elizabeth also works with clients in Warwickshire & Gloucestershire.

Elizabeth is passionate about motivating, supporting and empowering people to achieve their full potential, and finds it very rewarding when clients use their inner resources to make changes and resolve their life or business issues.
