Overcoming Phobias & Fears
Phobias are irrational fears about any number of things that a person may come across in everyday life e.g. spiders, snakes, heights, flying or social phobias. The root of these fears usually lies in some past event and the unconscious mind tries to protect you from experiencing that event again, by creating feelings of fear and anxiety.
Using hypnotherapy (including Regression & Parts Therapy), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), the origins of the phobia or fear are located and the frightening/emotional content of the event are eliminated from the subconscious, replacing it with a more positive and rational response.
Most phobias and fears can be successfully eliminated with 2 sessions, although sometimes more will be needed.
Dealing with Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Stress or Depression
These presenting issues are often a result of situations in life which feel out of our control e.g. work pressures, divorce or bereavement and can result in sleep problems or if left untreated, serious health issues. They are often rooted in events/experiences from our earlier life. Hypnotherapy is very effective at treating these issues without any of the side effects often present with medication, by using deep relaxation techniques to explore root causes and help you to respond to challenges in a more positive way, learn to relax and take back control of your life.
When we feel good about ourselves, we feel confident in our abilities and are more likely to make opportunities to create a successful and happy life. A lack of confidence can seriously affect your life and stop you from achieving the success and happiness you deserve.
By using a blend of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), coaching and hypnotherapy (including Regression & Parts Therapy), the factors creating your lack of confidence can be identified and corrected, to give you a more positive and optimistic outlook, to help you reach your goals.
Individual treatment plans are used to help with a number of different issues such as job interviews, exams, presentations /public speaking, shyness, general lack of confidence or low self esteem and meeting new people at work or socially.
FEES – Sessions last up to 1½ hours and are £65 each.
The first session includes a FREE ½ hour consultation and lasts 2 hours, unless the FREE consultation has already taken place.
