Most diets are ineffective in keeping weight off longer term. I have found that most clients know exactly what they need to do, however for whatever reason, they are unable to sustain healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices. I have therefore, pulled together a booklet: Journey to a New You – A Guide to Sustainable Lifestyle Choices which you can download here, reiterates the basics and gives some insights into other areas to start you thinking about what is really going on. A food diary can also be downloaded to help you monitor your food intake.

It helps you to make sustainable lifestyle choices, establish a healthier relationship with food and end the cycle of dieting.

  • make healthier food choices, through better understanding of nutrition
  • make realistic and positive changes to lifestyle, eating habits and exercise
